Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Billing occurs at the start of each cycle (monthly, quarterly, biannual or annual). Your cycle starts on the date you subscribed, not on the 1st of the month.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your paid cycle. After that, your data stays available for 90 days for export. After that period, it is permanently removed with prior notice.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Is support included in the plan?
Support is purchased separately on MAV plans. Choose between Email Support (R$29/month), Chat (R$79/month) or Priority (R$199/month).
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, invoices are issued automatically after payment is confirmed.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Each plan includes a fixed number of users (3, 7, 15 or unlimited). No additional charge per user within the limit.
How do notifications work?
Email notifications are covered by the credits included in your plan. WhatsApp and SMS consume additional credits, available via top-up.
